Fitness for expecting parents
Parenting starts with a decision that moves us to pregnancy. Round 1
First trimester: Endurance

Pregnancy and beyond puts people to test. How long, and most important, how well you hold it to the end depends on how fit you are.
This is the most critical stage to growing a healthy baby in every sense. It is at this point that the pregnant woman and her partner must train endurance for the exciting next stages that are about to come.
Second trimester: Strength
The physiological changes are louder and more challenging now. Your body and mind must be fit so that the couple can turn discomfort into challenges leading to deeper connections, mutual support, physical and mental strength and ultimately reaching the next stage stronger in every sense.
Third trimester: Preparing for delivery
This is where you harvest strength, flexibility and the skills to push and finally hug the little one!
Your involvement and persistence in getting fit during the previous stages will allow you to live this moment with much greater energy and love since you will be able to sense and live, with your five senses, the birth of a new life that grew inside you while living pregnancy together with your partner in life.

Recovering energy
Now the long ride begins. Parenting requires a lot of effort. From the physical many new movements you will have to perform many times daily, the mental strength you kneed to rationalize each second and act properly, to the emotional fortitude that will allow enjoying every day of your life as a parent.
