Honor to those who deserve honor

I've been traveling the world since 1995. During this time, I have experienced service at many levels while consuming many products and services. Later, I became a professor and taught Customer Service for some time, one of my favorite subjects to teach.

I became a passionate observant of service's behavior because it makes a big difference in how I experience life as a customer, and have been writing about those experiences for quite some time.

Here are some stories of some occasions worth mentioning.

This couldn't be more ordinary day than this day. After a walk around in Porto we entered Nortada. Beer, very cold beer, was needed to cope with the heat of the moment and by the way watch a match of the Europe Cup.
