I've been traveling the world since 1995. During this time, I have experienced service at many levels while consuming many products and services. Later, I became a professor and taught Customer Service for some time, one of my favorite subjects to teach.
I became a passionate observant of service's behavior because it makes a big difference in how I experience life as a customer, and have been writing about those experiences for quite some time.
